Shipping Information

The delivery and fulfillment of orders are organized and coordinated by Gifts Service SRL.

The delivery of ordered products always depends on the specific parameters of the project (quantity, production technology, sourcing, level of customization, destination country). Therefore, the estimated delivery time is indicated in the quotation, and the expected delivery date is confirmed in the order confirmation.

Delivery time

Production starts after the artwork has been approved and the advance payment has been received. The delivery time may range from a few working days to several weeks, depending on the product. In case of urgent orders, please inform us in advance and we will check the possibility of accelerated production.

Shipping method

Products are delivered by courier to the provided address; personal pickup is not available. For larger quantities or special products, we may choose an individual shipping solution, which will be agreed upon in advance.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost is always included in the product price, so you will not have to calculate with additional charges.

The exact amount depends on the size and weight of the package, the delivery distance, and the selected shipping method. Therefore, please indicate the destination country already when requesting a quotation.

International shipping

As a Romania-based company, most deliveries are international.

If you do not specify the delivery address, we are not able to calculate the shipping cost accurately, and any later modification of the shipping details may result in a change in the total cost.

Delivery address and receipt

When placing the order, please provide the exact delivery address and a phone number for the courier. Upon receipt, we recommend checking the condition of the package.

Important

The delivery time should be understood together with the production process. In the case of custom-made, personalized products, production always starts after the artwork has been approved.
